What you will do

• Calculate variable compensation for the US Sales team.
• Support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Perform monthly revenue modeling by product and prepare analytical reporting on costs and metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement business models and build performance metrics.
• Assist with accounting functions including general ledger management and reconciliations.
• Develop and enforce operational and business controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of related professional experience required.
• Strong proficiency in Excel with the ability to visualize and present actionable insights.
• Experience in data analytics, mining, and report creation.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles, ERP systems, and financial software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
