What you will do

• Analyze data to optimize fixed cost structures and unit economics to influence stakeholders.
• Evaluate automation investments and develop end-to-end ROI models for new equipment.
• Manage purchase order and headcount approvals to align spending with financial plans and strengthen controls.
• Partner with site leadership to build financial plans and operational metrics for labor and investment allocation.
• Develop dynamic models to evaluate the financial impacts of CapEx and process changes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial and operational processes as the operation scales.

Requirements

• B.S. in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Finance or a related analytic field.
• 4+ years of experience manipulating large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with undefined problems.
• Strong sense of ownership, grit, and a track record of collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Python, or Looker.
