Focus on developing innovative digital strategies and leveraging proprietary audience insights to elevate campaigns.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Remote work allowed 2 days per week (Monday/Friday).

What you will do

• Drive revenue by generating and maintaining a portfolio of clients from agencies and brands.
• Pitch and implement innovative native and social content-led digital strategies.
• Leverage proprietary Community Exchange data to help clients optimize campaigns.
• Position and promote the emerging hirify.global Forums product in new markets.
• Manage full sales cycles and maintain long-term strategic partnerships.
• Engage in external evangelism and attend industry trade shows and events.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in digital media, specifically selling or buying native advertising, video, and social.
• Established contact list with the UK's top agencies.
• Strong understanding of the UK native and social extension advertising landscape.
• Ability to create impactful sales proposals and presentations.
• Fluency in English.
• German proficiency is highly preferred for engaging multinational agency teams.
