TL;DR

Manager of Solutions Architecture (Applied AI): Leading and scaling a pre-sales team to drive the adoption of frontier AI products with an accent on enterprise integration, technical strategy, and consultative sales. Focus on building high-performing teams, advising Fortune 500 clients on LLM deployments, and ensuring safe, reliable AI transformation.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (Hybrid policy: at least 25% in-office)

Salary: $315,000 - $380,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Hire, manage, and mentor a team of pre-sales Solutions Architects.
  • Partner with sales leadership to drive adoption of Claude for Enterprise and API products.
  • Act as a technical sponsor for strategic customers, advising on AI adoption and POC execution.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize customer feedback and resolve adoption blockers.
  • Represent the company at executive-level sessions, technical workshops, and industry conferences.
  • Establish processes to scale the pre-sales organization within a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or similar pre-sales roles.
  • 3+ years of technical pre-sales management experience.
  • Deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI use cases, API integrations, and LLM deployments.
  • Proven track record of selling complex technical products to Fortune 500 companies.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US (Visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

  • Experience leading solution architect teams through hypergrowth (10-50+ people).
  • Proven track record engaging C-level stakeholders in $10M+ technical evaluations.
  • Multi-segment GTM experience across commercial and enterprise sectors.
