What you will do

• Conduct virtual outreach to patients referred by partnering providers.
• Verify insurance eligibility and patient cost-share information.
• Educate and enroll patients into organizational health programs.
• Manage administrative tasks including scheduling and device ordering.
• Maintain accurate patient records within EHR and workflow tooling.
• Provide empathetic support to patients, caregivers, and clinical team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or direct patient-facing roles.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fully virtual environment.
• Proficiency in working with minimum supervision.
