Location: Must be based in NY, NJ, or CT, US. The role is remote with the expectation of travel to assigned properties as needed.

What you will do

  • Oversee daily operations and technical condition of commercial real estate assets, including maintenance and inspections.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding repairs, lease reminders, and critical issue escalation.
  • Manage vendors and contractors by preparing scopes of work, comparing bids, and supervising quality and deadlines.
  • Track OPEX and repair budgets, review invoices, and provide regular reports on budget execution.
  • Coordinate operational processes such as CAM reconciliation, tax appeal follow-ups, and documentation flow.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in property or facilities management within the US market.
  • Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel to assigned properties.
  • English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
  • Hands-on experience with commercial properties, triple net leases, and multi-tenant assets.
  • Strong background in vendor management and budget tracking.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or property management software.
