What you will do

• Install, repair, and maintain security equipment at customer sites such as airports and correctional facilities.
• Manage daily service repair needs and drive customer satisfaction through technical support.
• Document all inspections and maintenance work, ensuring timely submission of reports.
• Order, install, and return parts while managing repair parts cycle time.
• Assist in promoting service sales opportunities and revenue programs.
• Maintain and calibrate tools and test equipment according to company standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or related trade certification in electrical, electronic, or mechanical fields, or equivalent military training.
• 1-3 years of experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems.
• Must be able to pass a federal background investigation for Sensitive Security Information (SSI) access.
• Physical ability to lift/carry 80 lbs and manipulate equipment up to 1000 lbs with assistance.
• Willingness to travel at short notice and work flexible hours including overtime.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and aptitude for learning specialized software.
