TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and implement product launch plans, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage commercial launch plans and marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition and retention, including internal enablement and digital tactics.
  • Build go-to-market plans in partnership with Academic Services, School Operations, MarComm, Demand Generation, and Enrollment Operations.
  • Create and coordinate marketing deliverables with Creative/Dev teams (emails, landing pages, lead capture forms, and reporting).
  • Conduct market research with the Market Research team and use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Measure and optimize marketing performance using metrics (traffic, conversion rates, lead generation) and A/B testing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in product marketing or brand management.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work independently with a bias for action.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, plus strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Experience setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Location: US Nationwide (remote)
