What you will do
- Assist with the tactical execution of discounting campaigns and evergreen programs to ensure timely market delivery.
- Maintain and organize the Promotions and Growth Programs calendar and critical documentation.
- Conduct thorough QA reviews of creative assets for pricing accuracy, legal compliance, and channel consistency.
- Manage backend operational tasks including ticket submission, tracking, and internal support messaging.
- Coordinate cross-functional updates and route documentation for necessary approvals.
- Adapt to changing business needs and proactively solve issues to ensure successful program launches.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or go-to-market roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly based on business priorities.
