What you will do

• Assist with the tactical execution of discounting campaigns and evergreen programs to ensure timely market delivery.
• Maintain and organize the Promotions and Growth Programs calendar and critical documentation.
• Conduct thorough QA reviews of creative assets for pricing accuracy, legal compliance, and channel consistency.
• Manage backend operational tasks including ticket submission, tracking, and internal support messaging.
• Coordinate cross-functional updates and route documentation for necessary approvals.
• Adapt to changing business needs and proactively solve issues to ensure successful program launches.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or go-to-market roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly based on business priorities.
