What you will do

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to expand the client base and generate revenue.
• Identify and qualify leads through market research, networking, and attendance at industry conferences.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including presentations, proposal writing, and contract negotiations.
• Act as a liaison between potential clients and internal teams to facilitate capability presentations and project scoping.
• Document all sales activities, opportunities, and metrics within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and client-facing teams to execute sales strategies and coordinate promotional events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales or recruiting experience within the life sciences field.
• Direct experience selling services within Compliance & Quality Assurance.
• Strong presence and confidence during customer presentations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills at both strategic and functional levels.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and change in a high-growth business environment.
