What you will do

• Drive revenue and exceed annual sales targets for the assigned territory and accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans aligned with company growth objectives.
• Manage a qualified sales pipeline and lead strategic client engagement from initial approach to deal close.
• Lead bid pursuit processes, proposal strategy, and cross-functional deal teams.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion to increase wallet share within existing clients.
• Collaborate with Strategic Marketing to introduce new eClinical offerings to the market.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in sales within life sciences (CRO, eClinical, or clinical technology).
• Demonstrable success in building territory strategies and delivering revenue growth.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and leading bid processes.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Life Sciences; MBA preferred.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Must be based in the UK.
