Area Sales Director (Enterprise): Leading a team of quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue growth and cultivate customer relationships with an accent on consultative sales processes and complex transaction management. Location: Must be based in the US (specifically targeting Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, or other specified states). Requires travel to San Francisco or Chicago for initial onboarding.
Salary: $360,000 – $495,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operations for an Enterprise sales team.
- Hire, motivate, and mentor sales staff to increase productivity and skill sets.
- Ensure quarterly revenue targets and monthly goals are consistently achieved.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data and provide reliable forecasts to leadership.
- Negotiate and close highly complex transactions by building executive-level relationships.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, services, legal, and renewals partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling Enterprise B2B SaaS solutions.
- 5+ years of SaaS Enterprise Sales management experience.
- Proven experience with ISV/Partner ecosystems.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
