Location: Must be based in the US (specifically targeting Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, or other specified states). Requires travel to San Francisco or Chicago for initial onboarding.

Salary: $360,000 – $495,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day operations for an Enterprise sales team.
  • Hire, motivate, and mentor sales staff to increase productivity and skill sets.
  • Ensure quarterly revenue targets and monthly goals are consistently achieved.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce data and provide reliable forecasts to leadership.
  • Negotiate and close highly complex transactions by building executive-level relationships.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, services, legal, and renewals partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling Enterprise B2B SaaS solutions.
  • 5+ years of SaaS Enterprise Sales management experience.
  • Proven experience with ISV/Partner ecosystems.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
