What you will do

• Consult with managers and people generalists to resolve the most complex employee performance concerns.
• Conduct comprehensive corporate investigations, analyze facts, and prepare detailed investigation reports.
• Partner with Employment Legal and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with policies, guidelines, and laws.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with Employee Representative Bodies to ensure organizational flexibility.
• Develop and implement scalable employee relations solutions to support rapid company growth.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in the Employee Relations vertical.
• Deep experience in strategic partnership with managers up to the Senior Director level.
• Proven proficiency in conducting corporate investigations of sensitive workplace concerns.
• Experience working with Works Councils or Employee Representative Boards in various European countries.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Law degree or graduate degree in labor/industrial relations is highly desired.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore
