People Advisor (HR)

Location: Zurich, Switzerland (Hybrid - some in-office attendance required)

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and daily People matters.
• Triage and manage employee relations issues, including performance concerns and workplace investigations.
• Coach first-line managers to build capability in performance management and team effectiveness.
• Deliver HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including LOA and payroll inputs.
• Ensure HR practices align with local labor laws and internal compliance standards across multiple EMEA countries.
• Collaborate with People Partners and COEs to drive the adoption of regional and global People initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience supporting managers and employees.
• Professional proficiency in German and/or French.
• Working knowledge of various EMEA employment practices.
• Experience collaborating with global stakeholders in a matrix, multicultural setting.
• Ability to analyze People data to recommend actionable solutions for senior leadership.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Zurich office.
