What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (Workday) to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Coordinate payroll processing, statutory payments, and reporting for Hong Kong and selected APAC markets.
• Administer tax requirements and regional benefit programs, such as MPF and insurance.
• Support HR projects involving employee engagement, employer branding, company events, and training.
• Provide professional support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, processes, and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR operations experience, preferably with payroll and benefits exposure.
• Basic understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regional statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Workday or other HRIS is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting multi-country (APAC) payroll or working with payroll vendors.
