What you will do

• Define and execute the regional technology alliances strategy and GTM roadmap.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships including co-development, technical integrations, and co-sell models.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to oversee integration roadmaps and ensure scalability.
• Launch joint solutions, field-ready collateral, and partner-led demand generation programs.
• Serve as a senior executive liaison to top-tier partners to drive long-term strategic engagement.
• Mentor and manage alliance team members and technical resources focused on partner delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology with a focus on alliances, strategic partnerships, or business development.
• Proven track record of leading technology alliance or ISV ecosystems with direct revenue impact.
• Deep understanding of identity/security landscapes and modern SaaS architectures.
• Experience launching co-sell frameworks, referral programs, and joint marketing initiatives.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% for partner meetings and strategic planning.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing or launching OEM, embedded, or white-label partnerships.
• Familiarity with hirify.global or adjacent identity and governance platforms.
• Background in cybersecurity, cloud-native security, or IT operations tools.
