What you will do

• Act as the primary relationship owner for strategic energy trading clients, engaging with C-level stakeholders.
• Translate complex business objectives into actionable solution roadmaps and compelling business cases.
• Lead requirements gathering and design end-to-end solutions for Front, Middle, and Back Office trading workflows.
• Oversee multi-workstream delivery programs to ensure consistent business impact and on-time execution.
• Drive thought leadership on industry trends, market structure evolution, and technology adoption.
• Coach cross-functional teams and contribute to the growth of the Energy and Commodity Trading consulting practice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in energy or commodity trading environments (power, gas, oil, or renewables).
• 5+ years of consulting experience, preferably within Big 4 or specialist energy practices.
• Hands-on experience with ETRM platforms such as Endur, Allegro, Brady, or Eka.
• Proven track record of managing C-level relationships and leading complex delivery programs valued over £2M.
• Deep understanding of energy trading risks, physical/financial commodity flows, and derivative instruments.
• Expert-level facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder alignment.
