Salary: $255,000 - $383,000 total target cash

What you will do

  • Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and capture new enterprise business opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles by aligning stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients through discovery, customized solution presentations, and outcome-focused guidance.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to ensure seamless partnership and customer success.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals by solving complex data challenges for enterprise organizations.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing significant deals.
  • Experience partnering with large organizations (1,500+ employees, $50M+ revenue).
  • Demonstrated history of driving significant revenue impact (generating >$1M in ARR).
  • Ability to learn complex technical concepts and communicate data-driven value propositions.
