TL;DR

Compensation: $250,000–$316,000 (On-Target-Earnings)

What you will do

  • Prospect, qualify, and close opportunities within customer accounts and high-potential prospects.
  • Curate trusted advisor-level relationships with C-suite and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain actionable account plans to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Orchestrate a wide deal team including Sales Engineering, Value Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Articulate the hirify.global value proposition and demonstrate platform proficiency to key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal experts and external alliance partners to ensure revenue target delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of enterprise software sales experience at a high-growth company.
  • 5+ years of experience selling to C-level executives at Global 2000 companies.
  • Proven track record of managing six-to-seven figure deal opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience with Value Selling methodologies and Customer Success strategies.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams across geographies.
  • Must be eligible to work in compliance with U.S. export controls.
