Salary: $85,000 - $91,000

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of events after commercial contract signature.
• Act as the primary point of contact between event organizers and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-departmental tasks to ensure project milestones are met on time.
• Communicate product and process requirements to HQ and the engineering team.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Q&A documentation for user support.
• Oversee project documentation and provide on-site support during event launches when necessary.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or consulting.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage parallel work-streams in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Proven track record of building positive working relationships with external partners.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA (401k and US insurance benefits provided).
