What you will do

• Lead the commercial strategy to drive exponential growth of the Remember Me user base.
• Partner with internal Sales and Commercial teams to identify and secure high-potential enterprise merchants.
• Act as a strategic consultant to key partners, gathering insights to shape the future of the financial product suite.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate merchant feedback into world-class features.
• Articulate complex API-led financial value propositions to both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans to incentivize merchant adoption and long-term user loyalty.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Business Development or Strategic Partnerships within the UK fintech, payments, or digital commerce space.
• Proven ability to influence and motivate large internal Sales and Commercial organizations.
• Demonstrated track record in scaling B2B2C products from early adoption to mass-market volume.
• Deep understanding of API-led processing and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with experience securing commitments from enterprise-level merchants.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, stealth-focused environment.
