What you will do

• Create and implement customer support plans to reduce equipment downtime and maintenance costs.
• Perform system installation, preventative maintenance, calibration, retrofits, and troubleshooting.
• Take ownership of service problems and escalate issues until a full resolution is achieved.
• Provide technical expertise and consultation regarding hardware development.
• Address customer inquiries and provide technical support for installed systems.
• Contribute recommendations for next-generation product development (for senior levels).

Requirements

• Degree in electronics engineering or a related field.
• Ability to work under high pressure and adapt to constant requirement changes.
• Flexibility to undertake business trips as per project requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience working with customers in the semiconductor test area.
• Experience with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in handler/prober hardware docking integration.
• Experience providing on-site support at OSAT.
