Location: Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

Salary: €4,959 – €6,612 gross/month

What you will do

• Own product development from discovery to launch, including PRDs and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define requirements for BI pipelines, proxy intelligence, and platform architecture.
• Evaluate and integrate external data providers and APIs while ensuring quality and cost control.
• Prioritize engineering work based on business goals, user impact, and technical feasibility.
• Partner with Growth and Legal teams to support automation, fraud prevention, and product-led growth.
• Define KPIs and analytical frameworks to measure product success and user behavior.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS infrastructure or developer tools.
• Proven experience in proxies, scraping, data mining, or BI systems.
• Fluent English (C2 level) required.
• Strong capability in writing technical documentation, diagrams, and feature breakdowns.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (2 days/week in Vilnius or Kaunas).
• Analytical mindset with experience in hypothesis-driven product development.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, routing, subnets, DNS, ASN).
