Product Manager (AI)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania. Hybrid work with 3 office days and 2 work-from-home days; WFA options are also available.

Gross salary: €5,000–€7,000 per month, with flexibility based on skills and competencies.

What you will do

• Identify new AI product opportunities by researching customer needs, competitors, and developments in the AI and data landscape.
• Define, prototype, and validate AI-native products from initial hypotheses through first paying customers.
• Develop product strategy around large language models, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
• Partner with product engineers to design AI experiences, define evaluation criteria, and ship production-ready features.
• Shape simple, useful customer experiences and distinguish genuine user value from technically impressive demonstrations.
• Communicate uncertainty, trade-offs, and early signals to align leadership and stakeholders around new investments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience, including meaningful experience building new products and ideally at least one 0-to-1 or early-stage launch.
• Deep familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, embedding models, RAGs, MCPs, and their application to real product value.
• Strong customer discovery, validation, experimentation, product judgment, and communication skills.
• Comfort working with significant ambiguity, no established roadmap, and rapidly changing requirements.
• Hands-on experience building or shipping AI-native products such as copilots, agents, AI search, or intelligent data tools.
• Resilience, low ego, and a strong learning mindset.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with web data, crawling infrastructure, or data extraction.
• Experience at an early-stage startup or in a new ventures or innovation team.
• Experience working with ML teams on model evaluation, prompt engineering, or AI product QA.
