Product Manager (AI)

TL;DR

Product Manager (AI): Spearheading the development of AI-native products and new ventures, rethinking possibilities in a fast-moving AI landscape with an accent on identifying new value for customers and designing/testing new product concepts. Focus on driving AI product strategy, partnering with engineering, and shaping the customer experience to solve real user problems.

Location: Hybrid work (3 office days/ 2 WFH) & WFA options in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Salary: 5000 - 6500 EUR/month (gross)

What you will do

• Scan the AI and data landscape to identify where hirify.global can create new value with AI.
• Define, prototype, and validate new AI-native product concepts from early hypothesis to first paying customers.
• Develop a clear point of view on how large language models, AI agents, and intelligent automation can be built into hirify.global' products.
• Work alongside product engineers to design AI product experiences and define evaluation criteria.
• Ensure that AI capabilities solve real user problems and champion simplicity in AI product design.
• Communicate clearly about uncertainty and trade-offs to help stakeholders make confident bets.

Requirements

• 2+ years in product management, with experience building new products.
• Deep familiarity with the current AI landscape (LLMs, AI agents, embedding models, RAGs, MCPs).
• Comfort operating with significant ambiguity and making progress without a clear roadmap.
• Strong discovery and validation skills to distinguish real customer problems.
• A strong intuition for what makes AI products feel magical versus frustrating.
• Able to build internal alignment around uncertain bets and explain complex AI concepts.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building or shipping AI-native products.
• Familiarity with web data, crawling infrastructure, or data extraction.
• Experience at an early-stage startup or within a new ventures / innovation team.
• Background working with ML teams on model evaluation, prompt engineering, or AI product QA.
