What you will do

• Own and drive the vision, roadmap, and development of an AI-powered product.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear product priorities and a managed backlog.
• Collaborate with development, design, marketing, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor solutions to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate product launches and contribute to go-to-market (GTM) activities.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Must be based in Lithuania.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong business mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in AI technologies and digital products.

• Experience building or launching a digital product from scratch.
• Background in marketing, product growth, or go-to-market experience.
