What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to support data-driven decisions across the product lifecycle.
• Identify growth opportunities through behavioral patterns and underserved user segments.
• Formulate hypotheses and define success metrics for personalization, gamification, and content initiatives.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on impact, confidence, and long-term retention signals.
• Evaluate experiment results to assess true business impact beyond isolated local effects.
• Translate analytical insights into clear recommendations to shape product strategy and roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data or Product Analyst.
• Strong expertise in A/B testing and statistical analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the Vilnius office.
