What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of software engineers.
• Oversee a scrum team, ensuring success through Agile principles and leadership.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the product features owned by the team.
• Allocate team efforts strategically based on organizational needs.
• Contribute hands-on to software design, development, and integration.
• Manage team workload, hiring, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years of experience managing software development teams.
• Must have 10+ years of experience in commercial-grade software development.
• Strong knowledge of modern programming languages and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with high-performance, fault-tolerant distributed systems and cloud environments (SaaS/PaaS).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi) and automation tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure cloud platforms.
• Proven success leading SaaS or PaaS products.
