What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year technology roadmap in partnership with senior leadership.
• Lead the design and operation of scalable, cloud-based SaaS platforms with advanced AI capabilities.
• Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery using Agile and hybrid models across globally distributed teams.
• Drive platform standardization, technical debt management, and engineering governance.
• Build and develop a high-performing, inclusive global engineering organization of approximately 120 colleagues.
• Influence senior stakeholders and translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in commercial software development with senior engineering leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading large, global engineering organizations (100+ technologists).
• Strong experience with cloud-native architectures and modern engineering practices.
• Demonstrated success in data-intensive, analytics, or AI-enabled environments.
• Proven ability to deliver complex SaaS platforms at scale within a matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
