Location: Must be based in or able to work from London or Amsterdam

What you will do
- Define and execute the multi-year technology roadmap in partnership with senior leadership.
- Lead the design and operation of scalable, cloud-based SaaS platforms with advanced AI capabilities.
- Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery using Agile and hybrid models across globally distributed teams.
- Drive platform standardization, technical debt management, and engineering governance.
- Build and develop a high-performing, inclusive global engineering organization of approximately 120 colleagues.
- Influence senior stakeholders and translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in commercial software development with senior engineering leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading large, global engineering organizations (100+ technologists).
- Strong experience with cloud-native architectures and modern engineering practices.
- Demonstrated success in data-intensive, analytics, or AI-enabled environments.
- Proven ability to deliver complex SaaS platforms at scale within a matrixed organization.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
