VP Of Engineering (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own the engineering roadmap and budget for SaaS and Agentic Infrastructure products.
• Lead and develop directors and engineering managers across 6 agile teams.
• Set technical direction and architecture standards to improve scalability and performance.
• Champion continuous improvement in AI and agentic systems.
• Manage platform stability and lead resolution during critical incidents.
• Partner with senior leadership to align engineering strategy with business goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Athens, Greece.
• Extensive experience leading engineering teams for SaaS products at scale.
• Proven experience with AI-native development and building intelligent systems.
• Line management experience of 25+ engineers across multiple disciplines.
• Experience managing operational budgets of $1m+.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical strategy to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP cloud architecture.
• Proficiency in Go or Python.
• International team management experience.
