Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London (UK). This is an on-site role requiring 3-4 days per week at the London HQ.

What you will do
- Produce diverse content including video, graphics, memes, and written posts to drive brand engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and cultural flashpoints to execute reactive content at high speed.
- Pitch and execute creative ideas to make energy topics relevant and unmissable.
- Collaborate with the Community Management team to support customer interactions and handle complex situations.
- Prioritize content output week-to-week based on real-time internet trends.
- Analyze performance data to iterate and improve content strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media content creation for a brand (agency or in-house).
- Strong video production and editing skills.
- Graphic design proficiency for creating memes, stories, and thumbnails.
- Experience with social listening tools like Brandwatch.
- Proactive, execution-first mindset with the ability to pitch and follow through on ideas.
- Deep understanding of internet culture and social media dynamics.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
