What you will do

• Produce diverse content including video, graphics, memes, and written posts to drive brand engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and cultural flashpoints to execute reactive content at high speed.
• Pitch and execute creative ideas to make energy topics relevant and unmissable.
• Collaborate with the Community Management team to support customer interactions and handle complex situations.
• Prioritize content output week-to-week based on real-time internet trends.
• Analyze performance data to iterate and improve content strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation for a brand (agency or in-house).
• Strong video production and editing skills.
• Graphic design proficiency for creating memes, stories, and thumbnails.
• Experience with social listening tools like Brandwatch.
• Proactive, execution-first mindset with the ability to pitch and follow through on ideas.
• Deep understanding of internet culture and social media dynamics.
