What you will do

• Coordinate the execution of licensing and brand partnerships post-signature.
• Act as a primary bridge between internal studios, marketing, production, and external partners.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects.
• Support marketing rollouts, including asset planning, validation, and launch coordination.
• Track partnership performance and contribute to internal reporting.
• Support broader partnership, licensing, and transmedia initiatives across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Must be perfectly fluent in French and have excellent professional English.
• Must be able to work on-site in Paris at least 3 days per week.
• Strong experience in partnerships, licensing, or project management within entertainment or consumer brands.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong interest in video games.
• Ability to travel in France and abroad for business purposes.
