TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Build and coordinate the French VIP ambassador programme including webinars and event co-hosting.
  • Organise loyalty events and personalised experiences for the French community.
  • Segment and manage VIP clients by brand affinity using CRM and data tools.
  • Collect and synthesise qualitative feedback to sharpen engagement strategies.
  • Contribute to social media and content strategy by selecting profiles and tracking production timelines.

Requirements

  • Must be a native or bilingual French speaker for client interactions.
  • Currently pursuing or holding a third-year Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to create initiatives independently.
  • Organised and comfortable interacting with diverse client profiles.
  • Must be based in Paris for the duration of the 1-year apprenticeship.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in events, client relations, community management, or content production.
