What you will do

• Translate campaign launches and brand strategies into impactful in-store activations and storytelling.
• Collaborate with Fashion Houses to design temporary retail experiences such as pop-ups, animations, and podiums.
• Lead the end-to-end development of temporary activations from creative briefs and prototyping to final production.
• Develop comprehensive activation toolkits, including guidelines and POSM, to ensure consistent global deployment.
• Support international markets in the rollout and installation of launches to ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Manage temporary budgets, oversee PO creation, and coordinate with external agencies and suppliers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Paris, France.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably within luxury beauty with a global scope.
• University, Business School, or Creative background degree.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and creative software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup).
• Strong project and team management skills with a pragmatic, cost-oriented retail approach.
