What you will do

• Negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure optimal conditions for the company.
• Manage and execute procurement activities specifically for the Latin America region.
• Develop new international and local suppliers based on Quality, EHS, and Procurement standards.
• Analyze market trends, commodity prices, and inflation to guide negotiation strategies.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Engineering teams to develop cost-effective strategies.
• Maintain ERP system updates and generate reports to support management decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the Logistics Procurement field.
• Fluent English speaking proficiency.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or a related business field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (as per posting text).

Nice to have

• 6+ years of experience in international logistics procurement.
• Experience with Oracle or SAP ERP systems.
• Intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros and VBA.
