What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding material support orders and fulfillment.
• Create and manage quotations and price lists for spare parts and repair services.
• Oversee the complete order management lifecycle for in-service support.
• Execute risk mitigation strategies within the purchasing process.
• Handle material returns and warranty claims in coordination with customer management.
• Deliver presentations and communicate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Economics.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in purchasing, project management, and supply chain.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP.
• Must be able to work on-site in Manching, Germany.
