What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding material support orders and fulfillment.
- Create and manage quotations and price lists for spare parts and repair services.
- Oversee the complete order management lifecycle for in-service support.
- Execute risk mitigation strategies within the purchasing process.
- Handle material returns and warranty claims in coordination with customer management.
- Deliver presentations and communicate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Economics.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in purchasing, project management, and supply chain.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP.
- Must be able to work on-site in Manching, Germany.
