What you will do

  • Develop domain strategies, visions, and roadmaps for critical enterprise digital domains.
  • Translate high-level enterprise priorities into actionable product features and requirements.
  • Track adoption, performance, and value metrics to measure business outcomes.
  • Collaborate across Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Prepare strategic materials and communicate progress to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of experience in business consulting or project management.
  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership, strategy, or consulting.
  • Experience supporting digital product strategy for advisor- and client-facing portals.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Springfield, MA.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with portal ecosystems, including authentication, navigation, and self-service capabilities.
  • Experience with digital signature platforms such as DocuSign.
  • Expertise in eForms and forms digitization efforts.
  • Strong understanding of digital experience metrics and user behavior analytics.
