What you will do

• Define and execute product and operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead portfolio prioritization, investment planning, and roadmap development.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for aligning Product, Technology, and Operations stakeholders.
• Evolve the product delivery operating model, including agile practices and governance.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of Product Owners and Business Analysts.
• Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, automation, and operational scalability.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10–12+ years of experience in insurance product, technology, or operations leadership.
• Proven experience leading multi-team delivery and transformation initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of insurance operations and product ecosystems.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial acumen.
