What you will do
- Proactively prospect and close deals to expand market presence in South Europe.
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure high satisfaction and renewal rates.
- Develop and execute business plans while maintaining sales pipelines in the CRM.
- Coordinate RFI/RFP processes and prepare high-impact sales presentations.
- Collaborate with internal product teams to provide feedback and manage sales handovers.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and build strategic institutional partnerships.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in institutional financial technology sales or high-growth fintech.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Italian and/or Spanish.
- Strong commercial drive and interest in digital assets and financial market digitization.
- Ability and willingness to travel within Europe as required.
- Proven track record in business development and managing complex sales cycles.
