TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing a portfolio of commercial accounts to drive product adoption, ensure renewals, and maximize ARR with an accent on proactive risk management and value alignment. Location: Must be based in the US, with a hybrid work model requiring 2-3 days per week in a local hirify.global office (Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, Denver, or Phoenix).

Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 base salary + commission.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 100–150 commercial accounts to maximize deployment utility and drive ARR growth.
  • Conduct value alignment sessions with client leadership prior to renewal.
  • Analyze account engagement levels to assess risk and execute health improvement plans.
  • Present and demonstrate cybersecurity solutions to security professionals.
  • Manage account escalations to resolution by leveraging cross-functional teams.
  • Share best practices and mentor developing team members.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, or Technical Account Management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging senior business professionals.
  • Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity and networking technology.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and self-motivation.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days/week in office).
