What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Define and execute the product roadmap for the Growth Platform, including CDP, marketing channels, and privacy tools.
• Drive user growth and retention by leveraging AI and data-driven insights.
• Partner with marketing, data, and legal teams to translate business goals into scalable platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with the Head of Engineering to align on technical strategy and architectural decisions.
• Define and own key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure area success and business impact.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
• Multiple years of experience in leading teams, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging data and AI for growth and product strategy.
• Strong background in digital product management (Discovery and Delivery) within agile environments.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and consensus-building.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior management.
