Location: Remote (Germany), with occasional on-site presence required in Berlin or Cologne

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product vision and strategy for new AI agent products.
• Translate customer needs and stakeholder input into scalable technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Conduct direct customer discovery to distill ambiguous problems into actionable product direction.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and leadership to ensure high-level execution.
• Build prototypes, write specifications, and validate assumptions through user testing.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in product management, ideally with AI/ML products or complex technical platforms.
• Technical fluency in LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI.
• Experience in AdTech, media, or programmatic advertising ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of the AI stack, including GPUs, compute, and model integration.
• Ability to operate with high agency and drive work forward with minimal guidance.
