TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (AI): Shaping and delivering AI agent products from discovery to delivery with an accent on bridging business needs and technical AI/ML implementation. Focus on LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI to solve real customer problems in the AdTech and media ecosystem.
Location: Remote (Germany), with occasional on-site presence required in Berlin or Cologne

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end product vision and strategy for new AI agent products.
- Translate customer needs and stakeholder input into scalable technical requirements for engineering teams.
- Conduct direct customer discovery to distill ambiguous problems into actionable product direction.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and leadership to ensure high-level execution.
- Build prototypes, write specifications, and validate assumptions through user testing.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in product management, ideally with AI/ML products or complex technical platforms.
- Technical fluency in LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI.
- Experience in AdTech, media, or programmatic advertising ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of the AI stack, including GPUs, compute, and model integration.
- Ability to operate with high agency and drive work forward with minimal guidance.
