What you will do

• Perform system-level signal and power integrity design trade-offs and debug for high-speed SerDes applications.
• Develop and correlate electromagnetic models using Ansys HFSS and Keysight ADS.
• Collaborate with package, PCB, and silicon designers to optimize system performance.
• Capture high-fidelity lab measurements using oscilloscopes and VNA/TDR equipment.
• Document and deliver SI/PI models and performance requirements for internal and customer use.
• Analyze optical/electrical engine concepts and PDN impedance to ensure design reliability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• BS with 15+ years, MS with 13+ years, or PhD with 10+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
• Deep expertise in signal integrity for high-speed digital applications and electromagnetic transmission line theory.
• Proficiency with EM modeling tools (Ansys HFSS/SIWave/Q3D) and circuit simulation (Keysight ADS).
• Strong understanding of VNA/TDR measurement techniques and statistical simulators for serial data links.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts in presentations and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Matlab and Cadence APD/Allegro.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and Keysight AEL.
• Knowledge of optical channel impairments and photonics.
