What you will do

• Serve as the technical authority for signal integrity across the full product development cycle for connectors and cable assemblies.
• Define electrical performance requirements and conduct advanced SI simulations using tools like Ansys HFSS, Agilent ADS, or CST.
• Review and optimize PCB schematics and layouts to ensure electromagnetic performance compliance.
• Lead validation and verification activities from early prototyping through final production testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional mechanical, manufacturing, and operations teams to optimize system-level performance.
• Translate complex simulation and test data into actionable design recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical design, RF engineering, or signal integrity.
• Strong expertise in SI analysis tools (Ansys HFSS, Agilent ADS, CST, or similar).
• Deep understanding of electromagnetic theory and high-speed transmission line principles.
• Must be based in the United States.
• English: C1 (fluent) required for global collaboration.
