What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the hirify.global One Data Platform.
• Drive the development of advanced analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights for customers.
• Enhance shared service functionality to improve collaboration and data sharing.
• Create a unified and intuitive user experience ensuring consistency in design and usability.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver customer-centric features.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or cloud-based environments.
• Proven track record of delivering successful integrations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools and techniques.
• Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with PM methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
