What you will do

• Develop robust customizations and integrations across Salesforce Sales and/or Marketing Clouds.
• Build using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Ensure performance, data quality, and system integrity with clean, testable code.
• Improve existing workflows and APIs for performance and maintainability.
• Monitor and improve platform performance, addressing technical debt and scaling challenges.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Expert-level knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong grasp of Salesforce best practices, platform limits, and scalable design patterns.
• Proficiency in CI/CD workflows using Git and Salesforce DX.
• Comfortable engaging with cross-functional stakeholders and mentoring peers.
