TL;DR

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer (SFMC): Delivering large and complex Marketing Cloud Engagement implementations for enterprise-grade digital transformation projects with an accent on technical design, data activation, and scalable marketing solutions. Focus on building responsive email templates, implementing complex customer journeys, and integrating SFMC with CDPs and APIs.

What you will do

  • Develop and configure SFMC components including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Cloud Pages.
  • Build responsive, accessible email templates using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
  • Implement complex customer journeys and decision splits aligned with CRM use cases and brand guidelines.
  • Configure Data Extensions and utilize SQL for advanced segmentation and personalization.
  • Integrate SFMC with Treasure Data (CDP), CRMs, and third-party platforms via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with QA on test strategies, defect resolution, and pre-production validation.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an SFMC Developer on enterprise-scale programs.
  • Strong command of AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within the SFMC context.
  • Proven experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Experience integrating SFMC with CDPs and CRMs.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Must be based in Poland.

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Developer, Consultant, or Email Specialist).
