What you will do

• Partner with technical stakeholders to define and document requirements for global and regional systems.
• Manage technical stakeholder approvals for designs and system optimizations.
• Create technical documentation, including solution architecture and performance requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing system support.
• Facilitate technical test plans, including performance and load testing.
• Provide maintenance and problem resolution for application systems.

Requirements

• University degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in e-commerce architecture.
• In-depth working knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, OMS, or Marketing Cloud.
• Fluent in English (written and oral).
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French for business communication.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, specifically SAFe.
• Experience in the luxury e-commerce sector.
