What you will do

• Design and develop high-quality software solutions for the SwapAgent platform.
• Perform thorough analysis and technical design for new features and enhancements.
• Implement automated testing and unit tests to ensure code quality and system stability.
• Provide support to internal teams to facilitate successful production deployments.
• Collaborate effectively with business areas and other technology teams.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, United Kingdom
• 5+ years of proven experience in server-side Java development (JDK 17 is mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, and stored procedures (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Experience with test automation, Cucumber, and TDD best practices.
• Proficiency with Linux, JMS over MQ, Spring Boot, and Camel.
• Experience with build tools including Git and Jenkins.

Nice to have

• Experience with PostgreSQL query tuning, partitions, and data types.
• Development experience with AWS, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and AngularJS.
• Knowledge of FPML, XML, and JAXB.
