What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend services.
• Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Quality Engineers.
• Integrate internal systems with third-party APIs to enhance user experience.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering strategy.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Java and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot and Node.js.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Harness).
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS or Azure acceptable).
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Bristol.

Nice to have

• Experience with automated testing tools like Jest, Cypress, or Pact.
• Familiarity with Junit, Mokito, or PowerMock.
