What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development for the AI platform and customer experiences, from roadmap to rollout.
• Partner with engineers to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails for LLM systems.
• Collaborate with OpenAI to integrate services into the ChatGPT App and deploy next-gen voice models.
• Act as a technical translator between engineering and the organization to establish AI best practices.
• Drive systematic improvements in answer quality and automation rates through rigorous experimentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada (evidenced by 401k/RRSP benefits and listed cities).
• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a fast-paced startup.
• Proven interest and experience in modern LLM systems.
• Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and design API/system architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and hypothesis validation.
• Track record of delivering complex, strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products.
